Beim Malkurs auf der coolen Burg entstand auch ein, mich an Cézannes Farben erinnerndes, kleines Obststillleben. Und man sieht unten auch, welch' herrliche Früchte das regelmäßige Malen tragen kann.

During the painting workshop on the magic castle, I painted a fruit still life, reminding me of the colors used by Cézanne. And you can also see the splendid fruits that regular painting can bear.

Yesterday we had tremendous fine weather here in Northern germany. So I had to  sketch outside on the spot, rather than in the studio. 

This led me to the wonderful fairy tale castle of Marienburg.
